EPAF Executive Director is José Pablo Baraybar, forensic anthropologist with extensive national and international experience in the investigation of serious violations of human rights, winner of the UN21 and Judith Lee Stronach awards.
EPAF’s Director of Operations is Gisela Ortiz, recognized human rights activist and reletive of the victims of the “La Cantuta” case, winner two times of the National Human Rights Award of Peru.
